Former old Oyo State civilian governor, Dr Victor Omololu Olunloyo on Saturday counsels Accord Party 2023 Guber Candidate, Adebayo Adelabu to work more on the legacies left behind by his late grandfather, Adegoke Adelabu popularly called Penkelemesi.

Dr Olunloyo stated this at the 65th anniversary of the demise of the late foremost Ibadan politician.

Dr Olunloyo expressed surprise at huge money being expended on political activities by the former CBN Deputy Governor since 2019, and yet lost election with discouraging votes.

He said instead for Bayo to be spending so much on political activities, he should make effort to emulate the lessons in the life of his late grandfather.

Corobarating the former governor, Babasale musulumi of Oyo State, Chief. Lateef Oyelade expressed surprise to the absent of Adebayo Adelabu at the event.

He called on Politicians to imbibe the true meaning of politics which is service to the people.
