With standing ovation, Ondo State Deputy Governor, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa and retinue of other All Progressives Congress ( APC ), bigwigs in the State Southern Senatorial District , while presenting to the teeming party faithfuls the ruling party candidates, declared that all APC candidates in the 2023 polls are far above other contestants in the district.
He said the perception of APC candidates particularly it’s Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, APC Southern Senatorial candidate, Dr Jimoh Ibrahim, and others whose antecedents stood them out at the grassroots, has endeared the party into the hearts of the masses .
Aiyedatiwa made this declaration at the Southern Senatorial District Stakeholders meeting of APC held at Civic Center, Igbekebo, Ese-Odo Local Government on Sunday.
While thanking members and chieftains of the ruling party, the Deputy Governor charged them to keep on sustaining the tempo of mobilization for 2023 general elections.
“We must work for the electoral victory of all our candidates” , he said.
All the party leaders at the well attended meeting pledged to deliver votes from their areas to all candidates of the party in the Senatorial district including APC’s Presidential standard-bearer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Others chieftains of the party at the meeting are, Vice chairman Southwest APC, Hon Isaac Kekemeke, Ondo South Senatorial Chairman, Dr Deji Oyedele, Chief Olusola Oke SAN, Ambassador Sola Iji, APC South Senatorial Deputy Chairman, Hon Ikoto Agbara Atili, Commissioner of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Akogun Akinwunmi Sowore, Special Adviser to Governor on Gender, Mrs Olamide Falana, Executive Chairman of Ese-Odo Local Government, Hon Folawe Sipasi-Aluko, APC Southern Senatorial candidate, Dr Jimoh Ibrahim CFR, APC House of Representatives candidate representing Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency, Hon Donald Ojogo, APC Ondo southern Senatorial District House of Assembly Candidates , APC, south Senatorial Women Leader, Mrs Mosunmola Odukale and others.
