The Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer, Su-Kazeem Property Limited, Ibadan has Petition the Oyo state government through the ministry of lands and housing, the Oyo State Commissioner of Police and the Fresh FM, Solution FM and Lagelu FM over alleged trespass on their property located at Elenusonso, Ibadan.
Alhaji Kazeem in a release by his media office and made available to journalists in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital on Wednesday said it has come to it’s notice that illegal occupants are now being sighted on the property.
They alleged that the illegal agents who claimed lack of knowledge about the already gazetted document had initially put their bill boards on the land but had now removed it.
In the petition,, the statement said: “Su-Kazeem is the lawful owners of the property.
Kazeem said the trespassers, through their actions, were already causing complete breakdown of law and order and that may degenerated into anarchy in the community.
“The trespassers who are not accredited representatives or agents of our company have been fraudulently selling plots of land to innocent people thereby creating a serious problem in the community,” he said.
He called for immediate response of the state government, Oyo State Police Command and further stoppage of any forms of advertisement by the Fresh FM, Solution FM and Lagelu FM.
