Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria has commended Oyo State Governor. Engineer Seyi Makinde for providing the required needed facities for Community Health Department headed by Chief Mrs Awotunde Temitope Afolake Hannah
The leader of the Accreditation Visitation Panel, Alhaji Mustapha Ajimi gave the commendation while briefing the Management of Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, Eleyele, Ibadan, led by the Acting Provost, Pharmacist Mrs Oluyemisi Oyewo about assessment of facilities for Community Health Dept required for the Board professional accreditation.
Alhaji. Mustapha Ajimi who was accompanied by Mr Sadiq Jimoh and Mr Zakari lauded the Governing Council and the College Management for doing their best for Community Health Department and other Departments in the College.
In her remarks, the Acting Provost, Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, Pharmacist Mrs Oluyemisi Oyewo thanked the Visitation Team and implored them to consider the Community Health Department for professional accreditation.
Pharmacist Oyewo equally thanked the Visitor to the College, Governor Seyi Makinde for creating a conducive working and learning environment .
The Head of Department Community Health, Chief Mrs Awotunde Temitope Hannah expressed her delighted over the accreditation visit describing it as timely and another step forward for Community Health Department.
The HOD eulogized Governor Seyi Makinde for his support to the College and commended the Governing Council ,the Management, the Staff and students for doing their best in moving the Department forward
The Accreditation Visitation Team had earlier assessed various learning and teaching facilities within the College and visited government owned Health facities where students observe practicals.
