The Senator representing Oyo North Senatorial district, Senator Fatai Buhari has described the Oyo State Deputy Governor, Rauf Olaniyan as an asset to the Oyo State chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Fatai Buhari stated this while responding to questions on the Fresh FM Saturday morning “Political Circuit” anchored by Mayor Isaac Brown.
Senator Buhari said Oyo State Governor didn’t manage well his relationship with his Deputy which into the defection of Olaniyan.
The Senator explained that APC is lucky to have a sitting Deputy Governor and will surely make good use of his membership.
He expressed belief that even though members of the Oyo state house of assembly may make a move to impeach the deputy Governor, their plans will surely be nulified by a court of law.
On his planned third term ambition, Buhari disclosed that he has performed extremely well as a lawmaker and that his good works will speak for him.
