The Atayese of Fiditi and President, Peter Olaoluwa Foundation, (POF), Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi, popularly called OPA on Thursday, stated this while monitoring the exercise at ward 4 and 5 in Afijio local government.

Olaoluwa, represented by his Director-General, Hon Joseph Dopamu, called on members of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Oyo State to actively participate in the party’s ongoing electronic registration exercise.

He described the APC e-registration exercise, which is ongoing across the country, as a renewed call to service and commitment as well as a key requirement for true party membership in Oyo State.

Olaoluwa, a 2027 governorship aspirant in Oyo State, also encouraged new generations of young Nigerians to take advantage of the ongoing APC e-registration exercise to formally identify with the ruling party.

In a release issued by his media office, Olaoluwa noted that the exercise is open, free, and straightforward.

He said the exercise is aimed at encouraging all existing and new APC members to formally validate their membership through the digital platform.

Commenting about the process, Olaoluwa disclosed that the APC e-registration requires members to provide their National Identification Number for verification, after which personal details are confirmed and a photograph is taken, adding that successful registrants are issued a printed temporary membership slip upon completion.

He added that the APC e-registration exercise is what will validate and confirm a card-carrying member of the party, adding party members who truly want to be called a member of the APC should take it seriously.

He described the ongoing exercise as one significant way to show sincerity and commitment to the party.

While assessing the exercise, the Chartered Accountant turned politician expressed satisfaction with the exercise at his ward 4, Fiditi, in Afijio local government, noting that the registration was progressing smoothly.

He urged party members to create time to carry out the exercise, which, according to him, takes only five to ten minutes once the required details are provided.

He commended the leadership of the party in Oyo State for their continued efforts to unite all members of the party and put it in good stead ahead of 2027 election.
