The Secretary of Soun Palace,Mr Toyin Ajamu,has debunked report which went viral on social media that one Bukola Adediji popularly known as Ajanlekoko broke into the palace of Soun of Ogbomosoland yesterday afternoon to steal the crown.
Mr Ajamu made the clarification in a release issued and made available to newsmen in Ogbomoso,describing the report as fake and baseless.
The release explained that Bukola Adediji forcefully entered the palace and damaged palace property worth million of Naira,and injured a palace Chief (Aaremole of Ogbomoso) under the influence of hard drugs but there was no attempt to steal crowns.
It,however,called on members of the public to disregard the report,warning agents of such fake information to desist from act of spreading baseless news.
