Mogaji Olubadan, Lato Compound, Labo, Ibadan, Mogaji Abiodun Gbolagade has congratulated Nigerians on the occasion of the Nation’s 63rd Independence Anniversary.
In a statement by through his media office in Ibadan described the day as one that remained significant because of the giant strides attained since Nigeria gained independence and became a sovereign Nation.
Mogaji Gbolagade Abiodun said ‘’though the nation continues to face many challenges, we have to remain resolute and join hands with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to overcome these challenges as we build a virile nation that we all desire’’.
He stated that Nigeria post independent has been with various ups and downs but still, there are still reasons for the Nation to be thankful to God for his blessings and benevolence.
He attributed many of the problems confronting the nation now as a result of long term decision of previous government and not that of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration.
The former Special Adviser to the one time Oyo State former governor on Housing, Late Abiola Ajimobi however called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to remember his promises to Nigerians and make them happy.
He congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Mohood Olalekan Balogun, Ali Okunmade 11, residents of Oluyole Federal Constituency and all Nigerians on the anniversary.
Gbolagade Abiodun called on relevant government agencies to continue to collaborate and work together in tackling the Nation’s insecurity and developmental challenges.
