2027 Governorship hopeful in Oyo state, Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi on Monday visited leaders and some stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ogo Oluwa Local Government Area of Oyo state.
The visit, according to his media office, was part of his ongoing consultation on his governorshio aspiration come 2027.
While speaking at the meeting held at Opete town Hall,Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi said residents of the state needs to rise up and show interest o how the state is being governed as they remain a key stakeholders in the “Oyo Project”.
He urged them to embrace initiatives and all-round development in the nation as envisioned by the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led federal government, which is also working the talking.
OPA emphasised that it will be an hindrances for reasonable development to take place in the state if it continues to be in opposition, calling on the people to support APC in the state.
Olaoluwa explained that the focus of his government, if given the opportunity to steer the ship of the state, will be massive agricultural development, which would ensure abundance of food for all.
He pledged regular grassroots engagement as well as commitment to regular interactions with them to understand their needs and collaboratively develop solutions that address local challenges effectively.
Some of the leaders at the meeting assured Olaoluwa of their and called on other members to rally round the aspirant towards bringing his aspiration to reality.
