As the 2023 Presidential election is fastly approaching and with lots of efforts still being made to halt the historical movement of the Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu to coast home victory, the Coalition for Democracy in Nigeria had warned those banding different allegations of ” bullion Van” Drug Baroness, Educational discrepancies, qualifications and paternity including the Lagos indigeneity to find something more positive to say and do.

In a statement signed by the President of the group, Comrade Mashood Erubami, he called on detractors to know that the time for Tinubu to govern this Country through hope renewal and a better life for all is now.

The group projected Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu as representing a big promise of substance which cannot be undermined by the mean attacks against his verified, dependable ability and trusted capacity in the running of government and representation of the people who were well depicted in Lagos particularly and Nigeria in general, reiterating that Nigerians need to note that there are no outstanding criminal charges hanging on the Jagaban and he was never an ex- convict.

“Today, Tinubu is the most experienced and the first to visit Chatham House, a Think Tank for distinguished thoughts from divergence disciplines recognised globally.

He was in America and converged with Important Nigerians, Diplomats and those who matter.

High Commission officers and Diplomats from across the world had visited him and treated him to world diplomatic respect as a recognized President Already.”

The group boldly affirmed that Asiwaju Tinubu is much more favored with the coming strategic alliance with a natural ally, the SDP that will together further extend hands of fellowship to others to enlist their assistance in order to reassure that they will run a stakeholders government that will not be Winners takes all.

The group therefore stated, “one can rightly Predict the success of Asiwaju with his pre-eminent qualifications as a forerunner in articulated Governance which is resident in his legacies in Lagos coupled with his pedigree as an astute administrator of human and material resources and a prolific Senator in history.

“Peter Obi has nobody to point to as part of his legacy given the empty form in which he left Anambra State, he has nobody to point to even among his families, Commissioners and other state appointees.

He did not rise up to the ladder of success which left him without solid supporters who can today be his political foot soldiers.

For Atiku Abubakar, his past will foreshadow him, much more, his accounts in Chief Obasanjo’s book. where it was said “God will not forgive him if he supports Alhaji Atiku” for the atrocities he committed in his government between 1999 to 2023.”

The group of democracy builder and Principal anti corruption and Election Monitors, therefore concluded that the Jagaban Tinubu is one with Shettima that will effectively grapple with growing disenchantment of the citizens and strongly fight against insecurity and corruption, unlike the promising lies of the highly distrusted Alhaji Atiku to deal with insecurity as if is a tea party.
