Immediate Past Minister of Communication, Barrister Bayo Shittu has described the Afenifere Acting Leader, Chief Ayo Adebanjo as a pathological liar who sees nothing good in the people of Northern region.
Barrister Shittu stated this while featuring on the Africa Independent Television (AIT) programme”Focus” recently.
The former Minister said Adebanjo dislike associating with Northerners for reason best known to him and this he has proven years ago.
“Ayo Adebanjo started bashing Tinubu for supporting APC Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu since 2015 when he supported President Muhammadu Buhari to be Nigeria’s President.
When asked about a statement credited to Ayo Adebanjo that Northerners will betray Tinubu, Shittu said “Is Ayo Adebanjo God or Prophet? What he said was not relevant. The fact that Northern Governors have not betrayed Tinubu, that belies the statement of Ayo Adebanjo.” he stated.
