A Federal House of Representatives Hopeful on the on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North East / South East federal constituency, Hon Dr. Adejoke Taiwo Adekanmbi-Akinseye (AAA) has felicitated with Nigerian workers as they join their counterparts the world over to mark the Workers’ Day.
Hon Adekanmbi -Akinseye congratulated workers in Oyo State for sustaining their heroic struggle for good governance and a viable state in their various work places.
The Aspirant acknowledged the role of workers as the creator of wealth in the society and stressed that it is for this reason that they should be appreciated at all times.
“As a prospective and aspiring legislator, I’m ready to work in collaboration with others and the organised labour Unions to rid our nation of any anti-labour laws,”
She promised if elected by 2023, she would put in her best at the National Assembly to ensure it make critical amendments to laws to ensure smooth implementation of workers friendly policies.
Adekanmbi-Akinseye said she is sure the resilience and never-die spirit of the Nigeria worker will soon pay off to the benefit of Nigerian workers.
She urged workers in Oyo State to continue to support the Oyo State government under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde.
