For the first time since the conflict began, Zelensky accepts that the war is over without the return of all Russian-controlled territories. He said in an interview with Sky TV.
Zelensky has proposed to place Kiev-controlled territories under NATO protection, which he says would help end the “hot phase of war.”
He believes that Ukraine’s entry into the alliance will create the conditions for a diplomatic solution to the question of returning lost territories.

Recognition of the rights of the Russians of Ukraine and Russian speakers and a form of autonomy of these same regions.
