Rock Hill Radio Mourns Demise Of Olubadan

The management and staff of Rock Hill Radio, Ibadan has condoles the people of Ibadanland over the demise of Oba Mohood Olalekan Balogun Alli Okumade the second who joined his ancestors on Thursday night.

Rock Hill Radio in a statement on Friday morning described the exit of Oba Mohood Olalekan Balogun as painful and not expected at this time.

He said the two years reign of Oba Mohood Olalekan Balogun witnessed rapid development across Ibadanland and Oyo State as whole adding that, the first class King will be greatly missed by all.

The 42nd Olubadan was 82.

Oyo Governor Seyi Makinde announced this in a statement on Thursday night.

He was barely two – year on the throne, having been formally installed and given staff of office by Governor Makinde in March, 2022.

The Governor said the ,monarch passed away at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.
