The immediate past Algon Chairman Oyo State chapter, Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye MDII,
has urged Nigerians to unite and draw strength from their diversity as the nation matches into 2024.
In his new year message to Nigerians, “it is a good thing to praise the Lord who has been faithful to us through the hard times in the past year. The year 2023 was full of ups and downs, but the Lord has been gracious”. Aleshinloye said
“2024 would be a year of great significance for Nigeria, and as such, working together with a united purpose will guarantee success for our nation. This is imperative not just for our well-being, but for the benefit of the future generation of Nigerians.”
The former council boss
urged Nigerians to continue to demonstrate love and exhibit compassion towards one another and extend hands of support to the less privileged and vulnerable members of the society.
He noted that the resolve of the President Bola Tinubu–led administration to improve the well being of Nigerians through its transformation agenda should be supported by all.
