The former chairman, Akinyele local government, Hon Ope Salami, on Thursday felicitates immediate past chairman, Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC), Prof. Adeolu Akande on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a statement sent to Akande, who clocks 60 today, Salami extolled the great virtues of the celebrant, describing him as a core progressive.
He stated that Akande, like many other patriots, has contributed to the development of the nation in diverse ways and deserved to be celebrated by all.
He added that the celebrant has paid his due in progressive politics since the nation’s return to democratic governance.
Salami then prayed for good health and abundance of blessing for Akande as he continued his service to the nation.
