The President, Peter Olaoluwa Foundation (POF), Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi, popularly called OPA, has condole the immediate family of late APC leader in Ibarapa zone, Chief Samuel Olutayo Ojewola who passed on, Saturday.
Olaoluwa, in a release through his media office on Sunday, joined other party chieftains and members to mourn the passing of the great man.
OPA described Chief Ojewola’s death as a great loss, not only to his immediate family but also to the progressive family in the state.
He commiserates with the people of Idere, Ibarapa land, and the Oyo APC, adding that Baba has lived a life of commitment and dedication to the upliftment of his people and community.
Olaoluwa said the deceased was a few of the disciples of late Chief Obafemi Awolowo whose ideology remains progressive and followed through his life, the footprint of the late sage.
Olaoluwa added that the late party elder was a member of the Group of 64, which met during his recent visit to Ibarapaland on his consultation tour to party leaders and stakeholders.
He prayed that Almighty God grant him eternal rest and grant everyone the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
